🍵 Terms of Service

GENERAL- Commissions are for personal use and can be reposted by the client with credit. Commercial use must be discussed with me prior to starting the commission and additional fees will apply!
- I reserve the right to use all commissioned artworks for portfolio use. For this, a watermarked version of the artwork will be made. If you want your commission to be private, please let me know! A 20% fee may apply!
- Final results will be delivered through a Drive link! Please make sure to download the files since I periodically clean up my Drive to make space.
- I reserve the right to decline an order if I'm not comfortable with it or if I consider it to be outside of my skillset.

PROCESS- Minor details and colors of a character might be slightly modified to fit my style. Please be mindful of this and make sure you're okay with it before commissioning me!
- If you do not hear from me for more than 5 days, feel free to contact me to ask for updates, but please do not rush me unless we've discussed a rush fee prior to approving the commission!
- If you need the piece for a specific deadline, let me know so it will be prioritized. Deadlines must be discussed before the commission is begun and cannot be changed to an earlier date once set. A rush fee may apply depending on how close to current day that deadline is.
- I work on commissions on week-days and I usually take Saturdays and Sundays off.
- Waiting time may vary, however, actual turnaround time is the one indicated under each service!
- I only accept visual references for characters. If you only have a description, I will consider this as character design and charge a fee!
- If for whatever reason I am unable to work for a while and need to take a considerable amount of time off from working on your commission, I will let you know. You may request a refund if you deem it necessary.

REVISIONS- An initial sketch will be sent where you can make any revisions you'd like to the design, composition and the like.
- I will consistently send updates after each stage is done. You can still request revisions after the initial sketch has been approved, if small. Major revisions will require a fee! You cannot request revisions after I've finished the commission.
- If I send you an update and do not hear back from you within 3-5 days, your commission will either be put on hold while I work on someone else's or I will consider it as approved and continue working on it. This depends on my workload and schedule. This is not at all a way to put pressure on the client, but communication is very valuable to me so I can deliver the perfect product for you!

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS- I only accept payment through PayPal or Ko-fi (USD) and Mercado Pago/transferencia (ARS).
- Prices in USD will include the international fee in the final price (4,99%+$0.49)
- Payment is either 100% upfront or client can choose to pay half before I begin and the rest after the initial sketch is approved. I will not be able to continue the commission until full payment is received by then.
- Refunds are only available until the lineart is done. If I myself cancel the commission or haven't been able to finish it within the deadline given for personal reasons, a full refund will be made.

🍵 Términos y Condiciones

GENERAL- Las comisiones son exclusivamente para uso personal y el cliente tiene permitido repostearlas siempre y cuando se me acredite. Si necesitas algo para uso comercial, siempre se puede discutir y requerirá un precio adicional.
- Como artista, me reservo el derecho de usar todo trabajo comisionado para mi portfolio personal o profesional. Siempre haré una versión del dibujo con marca de agua, indicando el user del cliente. En caso de desear que el dibujo sea privado, habrá un recargo del %20.
- Los archivos finales serán enviados a traves de un link de Google Drive. Porfa asegurate de guardar y descargar todo ya que suelo hacer una limpieza de mi Drive cada tanto para hacer espacio.
- Reservo el derecho de rechazar una comisión si el contenido enviado por el cliente me incomoda o si lo considero fuera de mis capacidades.
- Mi Trello: está disponible 24/7 para que puedas ver el estado de tu comisión!

PROCESO- Puede que modifique detalles menores o colores de un personaje para ajustarlos a mi estilo. Considera esto antes de pedirme una comisión!
- Si no tenes noticias de mi parte por más de 5 días, no dudes en contactarme en caso de requerir actualizaciones, pero por favor, no me apures a menos que hayamos discutido un precio por fecha límite con anterioridad!
- Si tenes una fecha límite para la cual necesitas que el dibujo esté listo, haceme saber así priorizo tu pedido. Esta debe ser discutida antes de que yo empiece a trabajar y no podrá ser movida ni cambiada una vez ya establecida. Es posible que cobre un precio adicional dependiendo de que tan cerca de la fecha actual sea tu límite.
- Normalmente suelo trabajar durante días de semana y descanso los Sábados y Domingos, aunque es posible que si tengo tiempo libre lo utilice para seguir trabajando.
- El tiempo de espera puede variar, pero normalmente tardo el tiempo que se indica bajo cada servicio!
- Solo se aceptaran referencias visuales. Si lo único que tenes del personaje es una descripción, se considerará un precio adicional por diseño de personaje.
- Si por alguna razón se me hace imposible continuar trabajando y necesito tomarme un tiempo, el cliente será informado. Será posible pedir un reembolso si lo considera necesario.

REVISIONES- Se enviará un boceto inicial al comenzar la comisión. Esta es la mejor etapa para pedir revisiones!
- Las actualizaciones serán constantes, cada vez que termine con una fase del dibujo, voy a contactar al cliente para que vea el progreso. El cliente puede solicitar revisiones incluso luego de aprobar el boceto inicial, pero solo si son pequeñas. Las revisiones muy importantes requerirán un precio adicional y no podrán hacerse una vez terminado el trabajo.
- Si luego de enviar una actualización, no recibo respuesta del cliente por más de 5 días, la comisión será puesta en pausa para poder adelantar otros trabajos.

PAGO Y REEMBOLSOS- Acepto pagos a través de PayPal o Ko-fi (USD) o a través de transferencia bancaria, MercadoPago o Ualá (ARS)
- El cliente puede elegir pagar una mitad antes de empezar la comisión y luego pagar el resto una vez que se apruebe el boceto inicial, o directamente hacer el pago en su totalidad en primera instancia
- Los reembolsos solo estarán disponibles hasta que termine de hacer el lineart o si se me imposibilita seguir trabajando, (en cuyo caso, yo mismo le devolveré el dinero al cliente)
